The appellant challenged a cantonal judgment in accident-insurance proceedings before the Federal Supreme Court. After the court ordered an advance on costs and granted an extension, the appellant still did not pay. The president therefore applied the simplified non-entry procedure and held the complaint inadmissible. Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant. The decision was communicated to the parties, the cantonal administrative court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the ordered advance on costs within the set or extended time limit entails non-entry into the appeal in simplified procedure. Where non-entry is ordered for failure to pay the advance, the appellant bears the court costs pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 and 3 BGG. The court may decide summarily without examining the merits once the prerequisite payment default is established (consid. 1).

in die Verfügung vom 25. Juni 2008, mit welcher H.________ zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses innert einer Nachfrist bis zum 7. Juli 2008 verpflichtet wurde, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
dass deshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und der Beschwerdeführer nach Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG kostenpflichtig wird,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the complaint was admissible despite non-payment of the court-ordered advance on costs.
The court held that the appeal could not be entered into because the advance costs were not paid within the extended deadline.
After the appellant failed to pay the advance costs even by the grace period, non-entry followed under Art. 62(3) BGG in the simplified procedure of Art. 108(1)(a) BGG.
Allocation of court costs.
Court costs were imposed on the appellant.
Because the appeal was not admitted due to the appellant's failure to pay the advance on costs, he had to bear the costs under Art. 66(1) and (3) BGG.
