The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the criminal complaint because the appellant failed to pay the ordered cost advance of CHF 2,000 within the original and extended deadlines. The court therefore issued a non-entry decision under Art. 108 BGG. It also charged court costs of CHF 800 to the appellant.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 BGG; failure to pay the ordered cost advance after expiry of the granted deadline and extension leads to non-entry. Where the advance is not paid despite an express warning, the Federal Supreme Court must refuse to consider the appeal in summary proceedings; the consequence is the allocation of court costs to the appellant under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Dem Beschwerdeführer wurden mit Verfügung vom 13. Oktober 2009 eine Frist bis zum 3. November 2009 und mit Verfügung vom 10. November 2009 in Anwendung von Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG eine Nachfrist bis zum 30. November 2009 angesetzt, um dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Der Kostenvorschuss wurde nicht geleistet. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Glarus schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The appeal could not proceed and was not entered into.
The advance payment was ordered, a deadline and extension were granted under Art. 62(3) BGG, and the appellant failed to pay; the court therefore had to refuse entry under Art. 108 BGG.
Allocation of court costs
Court costs were charged to the appellant.
As the appeal was not entered into, the costs were imposed on the appellant under the Federal Supreme Court Act.
