que, par lettre de son conseil du 2 octobre 2009, X.________ a déclaré retirer le recours qu'elle avait interjeté au Tribunal fédéral contre l'arrêt rendu le 10 juillet 2009 par la Chambre pénale du Tribunal cantonal de l'État de Fribourg dans la cause qui la divisait d'avec le ministère public et Y.________,
qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais.
Par ces motifs, le Juge unique prononce:

La cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal fribourgeois, Chambre pénale.
