Beschwerde gegen das Schreiben des Département de l'intérieur, Service juridique et législatif, Autorité d'indemnisation LAVI, vom 7. Juni 2010.
Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerdeführerinnen wurden mit Verfügung vom 8. Juli 2010 aufgefordert, den angefochtenen Entscheid spätestens am 18. August 2010 nachzureichen, ansonsten die Beschwerde unbeachtet bleibe. Am 8. August 2010 reichten die Beschwerdeführerinnen ein Schreiben des Beschwerdegegners vom 7. Juli 2010 ein. In diesem Schreiben teilt der Beschwerdegegner mit, er sei "l' autorité d'indemnisation en matière d'aide aux victimes d'infractions pour le canton de Vaud". Demgegenüber scheine er für das Anliegen der Beschwerdeführerinnen nicht zuständig zu sein (act. 5). Abgesehen davon, dass fraglich ist, ob überhaupt ein anfechtbarer Entscheid vorliegt, ergibt sich aus der wirren Beschwerde nicht, was an dem angefochtenen Schreiben gegen das schweizerische Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstossen könnte. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Vertreter der Beschwerdeführerinnen, der sie verursacht hat, aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 in Verbindung mit Abs. 3 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden Y.________ auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien schriftlich mitgeteilt.
