The appellant challenged a cantonal non-entry decision concerning a criminal complaint. The Fribourg public prosecutor had refused to enter into the matter, and the Kantonal court likewise did not consider the appeal. Before the Federal Supreme Court, the submission was again largely unintelligible and failed to explain any violation of federal law. The court therefore did not enter into the appeal under the summary procedure. Court costs of CHF 800 were imposed on the appellant.

Der Beschwerdeführer reichte am 4. Februar 2014 im Kanton Freiburg eine Strafklage wegen angeblicher Delikte zum Nachteil der Arbeitslosenkasse etc. ein. Die Staatsanwaltschaft trat am 10. Februar 2014 auf die Sache nicht ein, weil die Eingabe unverständlich war und vor allem keinen Hinweis auf irgendwelche Straftaten enthielt, welche im Kanton Freiburg verfolgt werden müssten. Auf eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde trat das Kantonsgericht Freiburg am 28. April 2014 nicht ein. Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich mit einem "Rekurs" ans Bundesgericht, der als Beschwerde im Sinne von Art. 78 ff. BGG entgegenzunehmen ist. Indessen ist auch diese Eingabe weitgehend unverständlich, und es ist daraus insbesondere nicht ersichtlich, inwieweit im kantonalen Verfahren gegen das Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstossen worden sein könnte. Auf die Beschwerde ist mangels einer nachvollziehbaren Begründung im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Freiburg, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
