The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant's criminal appeal because he failed to submit the missing lower-court decision despite a deadline set under Art. 42(5) BGG and a warning that the filing would otherwise be disregarded. The appellant did not react. The court therefore issued a non-entry decision under Art. 108 BGG and exceptionally waived court costs.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wurde in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG mit Verfügung vom 27. Mai 2009 aufgefordert, den fehlenden vorinstanzlichen Entscheid bis am 8. Juni 2009 dem Bundesgericht einzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe. Der Beschwerdeführer hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
2.
Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
