Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich gegen einen Entscheid, in dem davon ausgegangen wurde, dass dem Beschwerdeführer die Prozessfähigkeit abgehe. Soweit sich der Beschwerdeführer zur Hauptsache mit anderen Fragen als derjenigen nach seiner Prozessfähigkeit befasst, ist darauf von vornherein nicht einzutreten. Soweit er am Rande bestreitet, prozessunfähig zu sein (Beschwerde S. 5), ist darauf ebenfalls nicht einzutreten, weil sein Vorbringen jegliche Begründung vermissen lässt und folglich den Anforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 bzw. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht entspricht (vgl. zur Frage der Prozessfähigkeit des Beschwerdeführers immerhin Urteil 6S.331/2004 vom 23. September 2004, E. 3). Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten. Mit dem Entscheid in der Sache ist das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos geworden.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Schwyz und dem Kantonsgericht des Kantons Schwyz, 2. Rekurskammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
