The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the criminal complaint against the Bern cantonal judgment for attempted coercion. It held that the appellant’s submissions did not properly challenge the conviction and, as to the cantonal costs and compensation, did not allege arbitrariness or a violation of fundamental rights as required. The appeal was therefore inadmissible in summary proceedings under Art. 108 BGG. Federal court costs of CHF 800 were imposed on the appellant.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Obwohl der Beschwerdeführer festhält, er müsse wohl das Urteil wegen Nötigung akzeptieren (Beschwerde S. 1), beantragt er dennoch zusammenfassend einen Freispruch (Beschwerde S. 2 unten). Insoweit kann auf die Beschwerde jedoch von vornherein nicht eingetreten werden, weil sie sich mit dem Schuldspruch nicht befasst und deshalb den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht genügt. Sie richtet sich denn auch zur Hauptsache gegen die Kosten- und Entschädigungsregelung im kantonalen Verfahren (Beschwerde S. 1). Diese bestimmt sich nach dem kantonalen Verfahrensrecht. Der Beschwerdeführer könnte folglich nur vorbringen, die Kosten- und Entschädigungsregelung sei willkürlich bzw. seine Grundrechte im Sinne von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG seien verletzt worden. Von Willkür oder den Grundrechten ist in der Beschwerde jedoch nicht die Rede, weshalb sie den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht genügt. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Generalprokurator des Kantons Bern und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, 2. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
