X.__________ withdrew her appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against the cantonal criminal judgment of 10 March 2010. The President of the Criminal Law Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the roll, ordered that no judicial costs be levied, and denied party costs to A.__________, who had acted without being invited. The order was communicated to the parties and to the cantonal criminal court.

que, par lettre de son conseil du 14 juin 2010, X.________ a déclaré retirer le recours qu'elle avait interjeté au Tribunal fédéral contre l'arrêt rendu le 10 mars 2010 par la Cour pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Jura dans la cause qui divise la recourante d'avec A.________ et le Ministère public du canton du Jura,
qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais,
que l'intimé A.________, qui a procédé sans y avoir été invité, n'a pas droit à des dépens.
Par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
3.
Il n'est pas alloué de dépens.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Jura.
