ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 12 marzo 2013 dalla Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello
del Cantone Ticino.

Considerando:
che la parte che adisce il Tribunale federale deve allegare al suo ricorso la decisione impugnata (art. 42 cpv. 3 LTF);
che, se omette di ottemperare a questa formalità, le è fissato un congruo termine per produrre gli allegati prescritti, con la comminatoria che altrimenti l'atto scritto non sarà preso in considerazione (art. 42 cpv. 5 LTF);
che, con decreto del 19 aprile 2013, il Presidente della Corte di diritto penale ha invitato il ricorrente a fornire un esemplare della decisione contestata, informandolo delle conseguenze in caso di inosservanza;
che, non avendo dato seguito a questo invito nel termine impartitogli, l'impugnativa, che può essere decisa sulla base della procedura semplificata dell'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF, dev'essere dichiarata inammissibile;
che si può rinunciare eccezionalmente ad addossare al ricorrente soccombente le spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 1 LTF);

per questi motivi, il Giudice unico pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.

2.
Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

3.
Comunicazione alle parti e alla Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
