Considérant en fait et en droit:

Par jugement du 23 février 2009, le Tribunal d'accusation du Tribunal cantonal vaudois a confirmé l'ordonnance du 28 novembre 2008 par laquelle le Juge d'instruction de l'arrondissement de Lausanne a clôturé par non-lieu l'enquête instruite sur plaintes de X.________ pour escroquerie, faux dans les titres, gestion déloyale, banqueroute frauduleuse et gestion fautive de ce qu'il était convenu d'appeler le "Groupe X.________". Le plaignant interjette contre ce jugement un recours constitutionnel subsidiaire qu'il y a lieu de traiter comme un recours en matière pénale (ATF 131 I 291 consid. 1.3 p. 296; 126 II 506 consid. 1b p. 509 et les arrêts cités; voir également art. 113 LTF).

A moins qu'il ne se plaigne de la violation d'un droit formel, entièrement séparé du fond, que lui accorderait le droit de procédure ou le droit constitutionnel applicable, le lésé n'a pas qualité pour recourir au Tribunal fédéral contre le refus de suivre à sa plainte si l'infraction qu'il dénonce ne l'a pas directement atteint dans son intégrité physique, sexuelle ou psychique (cf. ATF 133 IV 228 et les références; arrêt 6B_733/2008 du 11 octobre 2008 et les références). En l'espèce, le recourant, qui dénonce des infractions contre le patrimoine, n'a pas qualité pour contester le bien-fondé du non-lieu. Son recours, exercé pour constatation arbitraire des faits et violation du droit d'être entendu fondée sur le refus d'administrer des preuves, est manifestement irrecevable (art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF).

Le recourant, qui succombe, supportera les frais de justice (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 800 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal d'accusation du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
