Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass auf eine Strafklage wegen gewerbsmässigen Vergehens gegen das Bundesgesetz über das Urheberrecht und verwandte Schutzrechte nicht eingetreten und im angefochtenen Entscheid eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde abgewiesen wurden. Da die Staatsanwaltschaft am kantonalen Verfahren beteiligt war, ist die Beschwerdeführerin indessen nicht Privatstrafklägerin im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 BGG. Sie ist auch nicht Opfer im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG, da sie durch die eingeklagten Strafaten nicht in ihrer körperlichen, psychischen oder sexuellen Integrität unmittelbar beeinträchtigt worden ist (Art. 1 Abs. 1 OHG). Als Geschädigte, die nicht Opfer ist, ist sie zur vorliegenden Beschwerde nicht legitimiert (BGE 133 IV 228). Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Mit dem Entscheid in der Sache ist der formelle Antrag, die Vorinstanz sei unverzüglich anzuweisen, dem Beschuldigten die Akten erst nach dem Entscheid über die Beschwerde zugänglich zu machen, gegenstandslos geworden.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
