The Federal Supreme Court, Criminal Division, did not enter into the appellant's complaint because he failed to submit the challenged decision by the deadline set in the order of 16 December 2009 and then remained inactive. The President applied Art. 108 BGG. Exceptionally, no costs were imposed.

Der Beschwerdeführer wurde mit Verfügung vom 16. Dezember 2009 aufgefordert, den fehlenden angefochtenen Entscheid spätestens am 11. Januar 2010 nachzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe. Er hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Androhungsgemäss ist auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:
1.
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer schriftlich mitgeteilt.
