The President of the Criminal Law Division of the Federal Supreme Court therefore ordered the case struck from the docket under Art. 32 para. 2 BGG and waived court costs. The order was communicated to the appellant, the Zurich public prosecutor’s office and the Zurich cantonal court.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of the complaint and striking-off of the case from the docket; where the appellant withdraws the proceeding before a decision on the merits, the Federal Supreme Court removes the matter from the register without ruling on the substance.
