Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Nach einer neuen Strafanzeige des Beschwerdeführers, die im Sachzusammenhang mit früheren, bereits erledigten Strafklagen steht, erkannte die Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen am 22. Mai 2007, es werde kein Strafverfahren eröffnet. Es kann keine Rede davon sein, dass die Justiz verpflichtet wäre, auch verjährte Straftaten aufzuklären, weshalb der Beschwerdeführer offensichtlich kein rechtlich geschütztes Interesse im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG an der Aufhebung oder Änderung des angefochtenen Entscheids hat. Er ist somit zur Beschwerde nicht legitimiert. Zudem beruht die Rechtsschrift (in der einer der Beschuldigten als "Mördersatan", "Intrigantensatan" und "Lügensatan" bezeichnet wird) auf querulatorischer Prozessführung im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons St. Gallen und der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
