The appellant challenged both an earlier Affoltern criminal order of 19 May 2006 and a district court judgment of 3 April 2007. The Federal Supreme Court held that the attack on the 2006 order was time-barred and that the challenge to the 2007 judgment was inadmissible because the decision was not final and the proper remedy was an appeal to the Zurich Cantonal Court. The court therefore refused to enter into the complaint. Exceptionally, it waived court costs.
Art. 108 BGG, Art. 80 Abs. 1 BGG; admissibility of a criminal complaint to the Federal Supreme Court. A complaint is inadmissible where it is directed against a decision for which the statutory deadline has expired, or against a non-final cantonal judgment that is not directly appealable to the Federal Supreme Court. If the decision is not a final judgment within the meaning of Art. 80(1) BGG, the party must first exhaust the ordinary cantonal appellate remedy; a late filing cannot be forwarded if the cantonal appeal deadline is already missed. Costs may exceptionally be waived in summary non-entry proceedings.

Das Präsidium zieht in Erwägung:

Soweit sich die Beschwerde mit einer Verfügung des Einzelrichters in Strafsachen des Bezirkes Affoltern vom 19. Mai 2006 befasst, ist darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten, weil die Frist zur Beschwerde längst abgelaufen ist. Das Bundesgericht hat sich mit diesem Entscheid denn auch bereits im Urteil 1P.433/2006 vom 30. August 2006 befasst.

Soweit sich die Beschwerde zur Hauptsache gegen ein Urteil des Bezirksgerichts Affoltern vom 3. April 2007 richtet, ist darauf ebenfalls im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten, weil der Beschwerdeführer dagegen hätte Berufung an das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich anmelden und begründen müssen (vgl. Rechtsmittelbelehrung) und der angefochtene Entscheid deshalb nicht letztinstanzlich ist im Sinne von Art. 80 Abs. 1 BGG. Eine Weiterleitung der Eingabe ans Obergericht kann unterbleiben, weil der angefochtene Entscheid am 8. Mai 2007 versandt, die Eingabe ans Bundesgericht indessen erst am 11. Juni 2007 der Post übergeben wurde, weshalb der Beschwerdeführer die Frist zur Begründung der Berufung von 20 Tagen nicht eingehalten hat.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.
Demnach erkennt das Präsidium:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Oberstaatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Zürich und dem Bezirksgericht Affoltern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
