Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, vom 16. Februar 2010.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich dagegen, dass auf seine Strafanzeige gegen eine Rechtsanwältin betreffend Hehlerei, falsche Anschuldigung und gegebenenfalls Wucher nicht eingetreten wurde (angefochtener Entscheid S. 3 E. 2.1). Da die Staatsanwaltschaft am kantonalen Verfahren beteiligt war (vgl. angefochtenen Entscheid S. 4 unten), ist der Beschwerdeführer indessen nicht Privatstrafkläger im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 BGG. Da er durch die angeblichen Straftaten nicht in seiner körperlichen, psychischen oder sexuellen Integrität unmittelbar beeinträchtigt wurde, ist er auch nicht Opfer im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 1 Abs. 1 OHG. Als Geschädigter, der nicht Opfer ist, ist er zur vorliegenden Beschwerde nicht legitimiert (BGE 6B_540/2009 vom 22. Oktober 2009 E. 1.9; 133 IV 228). Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
