Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern, Strafabteilung, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, vom 28. März 2011.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich dagegen, dass ihm in einem eingestellten Strafverfahren keine Entschädigung ausgerichtet wurde, da nicht ersichtlich war, dass er entschädigungswürdige Aufwendungen gehabt hätte. Aus der Beschwerde ergibt sich nicht in einer den Art. 42 Abs. 2 bzw. Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG genügenden Weise, dass und inwieweit die Feststellung der Vorinstanz gegen das schweizerische Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstossen könnte. Der lapidare Hinweis auf "1000fache Demütigung in den vollen Zügen" genügt als Begründung nicht. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Wie schon in früheren Verfahren (Urteile 6F_19/2007 vom 29. Januar 2008, 5D_55/2010 vom 23. März 2010, 6B_848/2010 vom 18. November 2010 und 6B_979/2010 vom 13. Dezember 2010) wird der Beschwerdeführer bereits heute darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass sich das Bundesgericht vorbehält, weitere Eingaben in dieser Angelegenheit und insbesondere missbräuchliche Revisionsgesuche ohne förmliche Erledigung und ohne Antwort abzulegen.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Strafabteilung, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
