Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführerin wurde mit Verfügung vom 12. März 2009 eine Frist bis zum 3. April 2009 angesetzt, um dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen. Mit Schreiben vom 25. März 2009 teilte sie mit, als "Souverän" wolle sie für die Ungerechtigkeit nicht bezahlen (act. 7). Am 27. März 2009 wurde sie indessen auf Art. 62 BGG hingewiesen, wonach grundsätzlich jeder, der das Bundesgericht anrufen will, einen Kostenvorschuss in der Höhe der mutmasslichen Gerichtskosten zu leisten hat. Am selben Tag wurde ihr die in Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Nachfrist zur Leistung des Kostenvorschusses bis 11. Mai 2009 angesetzt, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Der Kostenvorschuss wurde nicht bezahlt. Auf die Beschwerde ist deshalb androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, I. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
