Das Präsidium zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich dagegen, dass ein Strafverfahren nicht eröffnet und auf eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde mit Verfügung des Kantonsgerichts Schwyz vom 3. April 2007 nicht eingetreten worden ist. Die 61 Seiten umfassende Beschwerde kann nur als querulatorisch und damit unzulässig im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG eingestuft werden. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, da die Rechtsbegehren von vornherein aussichtslos waren. Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 BGG). Wegen der querulatorischen Art der Prozessführung kommt in Anwendung von Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG eine Reduktion der Gerichtsgebühr nicht in Betracht.

Wie schon in früheren Verfahren (z.B. Urteil 5P.491/2006 vom 4. Dezember 2006) ist der Beschwerdeführer darauf hinzuweisen, dass sich das Bundesgericht vorbehält, allfällige weitere Eingaben in der Art der bisherigen, namentlich missbräuchliche Revisionsgesuche, ohne Antwort abzulegen.
Demnach erkennt das Präsidium:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 1'000.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Schwyz und der Kantonsgericht des Kantons Schwyz, Kantonsgerichtspräsident, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
