Beschwerde gegen ein Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich (SU090026/U/jv).

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wurde mit Schreiben vom 22. Januar 2010 aufgefordert, den angefochtenen Entscheid bis zum 1. Februar 2010 nachzureichen. Innert Frist hat er sich zwar vernehmen lassen, es indessen unterlassen, den angefochtenen Entscheid einzureichen. Im Übrigen genügt die Beschwerde den Voraussetzungen von Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG nicht, da sie weder ein Begehren noch eine Begründung enthält. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Beschwerdeführer und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
