Whether the withdrawn criminal appeal should be struck from the docket
The court took note of the withdrawal and ordered the case removed from the docket.
Once the appellant withdrew the appeal, there was no need to decide the merits; under Art. 32 para. 2 BGG, the matter is to be struck from the docket.

No judicial costs were imposed.
Because the appeal was withdrawn, the court ordered the proceedings to end without costs.
