Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_12/2014 est rayée du rôle.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg, Cour d'appel pénal.
