Art. 73 PCF by analogy via Art. 71 LTF; Art. 32 al. 2 LTF: upon withdrawal of the appeal, the Federal Court takes note thereof and strikes the case from the docket; the proceedings are terminated without a merits decision. In such a situation, where the circumstances so warrant, no judicial costs are charged and no party compensation is awarded. A pending request for legal aid becomes moot once the appeal is withdrawn and there is no longer a need to decide the merits of the application.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires, ni alloué de dépens.
3.
La requête d'assistance judiciaire de la recourante est sans objet.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal civil de la Gruyère.
