in das Ausstandsbegehren des Beschwerdeführers vom 1. Mai 2009 gegen Gerichtsschreiber Füllemann,

in Erwägung,
dass Gerichtsschreiber Füllemann beim vorliegenden Urteil nicht mitwirkt und sich deshalb weitere Ausführungen zum Ausstandsbegehren erübrigen,
dass der Beschwerdeführer in seinem Schreiben vom 1. Mai 2009 nichts vorbringt, was es rechtfertigte, auf den Entscheid betreffend Verweigerung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege vom 30. März 2009 bzw. die Verfügung vom 16. April 2009 betreffend Ansetzung einer Nachfrist zur Leistung des Kostenvorschusses zurückzukommen,
der Beschwerdeführer den Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 200.-- auch innerhalb der ihm mit Verfügung vom 16. April 2009 gesetzten Nachfrist weder bei der Bundesgerichtskasse in bar geleistet noch zu deren Gunsten an einem Postschalter übergeben und auch nicht den (für den Fall eines Zahlungsauftrags) ihm obliegenden Nachweis der rechtzeitigen Vorschussleistung durch Belastungsbestätigung erbracht hat,
dass deshalb androhungsgemäss gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und der Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

Demnach erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und der Kantonsgericht des Kantons Zug, Einzelrichter, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
