The Federal Supreme Court held that the constitutional appeal against the cantonal moderation court's decision on attorney fees in a neighbourhood dispute was manifestly inadmissible because the appellants did not explain any violation of constitutional rights. The court therefore refused to enter into the matter in simplified procedure and charged the appellants with CHF 400 in judicial costs.

que l'arrêt attaqué déclare irrecevable, faute de motivation, un recours des époux A.________ dirigé contre une décision de première instance fixant à 1'908 fr. 80 la liste de frais de l'avocat des intimés dans le cadre d'un conflit de voisinage;
que contrairement aux exigences de l'art. 106 al. 2 LTF (par renvoi de l'art. 117 LTF), les recourants n'indiquent nullement en quoi l'arrêt attaqué violerait leurs droits constitutionnels;
que le recours étant ainsi manifestement irrecevable, il convient, en procédure simplifiée selon l'art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF, de ne pas entrer en matière;
qu'en vertu de l'art. 66 al. 1 LTF, les frais judiciaires doivent être mis à la charge des recourants;
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 LTF, la Présidente prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 400 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux participants à la procédure et à la Cour de modération du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg.
