A. X. appealed to the Federal Supreme Court against a cantonal decision concerning legal aid in a condominium-related debt claim. Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 72 ff. BGG gegen den Entscheid vom 9. Oktober 2013 des Obergerichts des Kantons Thurgau,
in Erwägung,
dass in Anbetracht der offensichtlichen Unzulässigkeit der Beschwerde davon abgesehen werden kann, die Beschwerdeführerin zur Unterzeichnung der von ihrem (im bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren nicht zur Vertretung berechtigten: Art. 40 Abs. 1 BGG) Ehemann verfassten Beschwerde aufzufordern (Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG),
dass Beschwerden nach Art. 72 ff. BGG innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung des kantonalen Entscheids beim Bundesgericht einzureichen oder zu dessen Handen der Schweizerischen Post zu übergeben sind (Art. 100 Abs. 1, 48 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass der Entscheid des Obergerichts vom 9. Oktober 2013 als dem Vertreter der Beschwerdeführerin am letzten Tag der postalischen Abholfrist, d.h. als am 28. Oktober 2013 zugestellt gilt (Art. 44 Abs. 2 BGG),
dass der (gemäss Sendungsinformationen der Post) vom Empfänger erteilte Postrückbehaltungsauftrag das Datum der fingierten Zustellung nicht hinausschob und deshalb am Zustelldatum des 28. Oktober 2013 nichts zu ändern vermochte (BGE 127 I 31),
dass die Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht erst am 2. Dezember 2013 und damit nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist (27. November 2013) der Post übergeben worden ist,
dass mit dem Hinweis der Beschwerdeführerin auf die rege Reisetätigkeit der Eheleute X.________ kein Grund für eine Fristwiederherstellung (Art. 50 Abs. 1 BGG) dargetan ist,
dass sich somit die Beschwerde als verspätet und daher als offensichtlich unzulässig erweist, weshalb darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass im Übrigen die Beschwerde auch deshalb unzulässig wäre, weil sie den Begründungsanforderungen der Art. 42 Abs. 2 und 106 Abs. 2 BGG in keiner Weise entspricht und nach Ablauf der nicht erstreckbaren Beschwerdefrist (Art. 47 Abs. 1 BGG) auch nicht verbessert werden kann,
dass der Beschwerdeführerin die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren in Anbetracht der Aussichtslosigkeit der Beschwerde nicht bewilligt werden kann (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und der Abteilungspräsident zuständig ist,
Auf die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG wird nicht eingetreten.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
