The appellant withdrew her civil appeal against a Cantonal High Court decision in a marital-protection modification matter. The Federal Supreme Court’s instructing judge therefore discontinued the proceedings. Court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on the appellant, and she was also ordered to pay the respondent CHF 1,000 in party compensation because the respondent had been called to comment and did so with counsel.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP and Art. 66 Abs. 1, Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG: where a civil appeal is withdrawn, the instructing judge discontinues the proceedings. dass die Beschwerdeführerin die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 6. Februar 2012 zurückgezogen hat und die Beschwerde daher durch den Instruktionsrichter (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP),
dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass die Beschwerdeführerin überdies zu verpflichten ist, den anwaltlich verbeiständeten Beschwerdegegner für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren zu entschädigen, zumal er zur Vernehmlassung angehalten worden ist und er sich hat vernehmen lassen (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP und Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG; BERNARD CORBOZ, Commentaire de la LTF, 2009, N. 37 zu Art. 66 BGG i.V.m. N. 41 zu Art. 68 BGG),
verfügt der Instruktionsrichter:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Die Beschwerdeführerin hat den Beschwerdegegner für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 1'000.-- zu entschädigen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 5. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
