Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten den solidarisch haftenden Beschwerdeführern aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 5 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird den Beschwerdeführern unter Solidarhaft auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the federal appeal should be struck off after withdrawal
The appeal was discontinued and the proceedings were struck off because the appellants withdrew the filing.
Once the appeal had been withdrawn, the presiding member could discontinue the case under the cited federal procedural rules.
