The Federal Supreme Court held that the complaint against the Graubünden supervisory decision of 19 May 2008 was filed too late. The challenged decision had been served on 5 June 2008, so the ten-day deadline expired on 16 June 2008. Because the filing was only handed to the post on 19 June 2008, the Court did not enter into the appeal and charged the appellant with court costs of CHF 200.
Art. 100 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG; appeal deadline in supervisory debt-enforcement matters; a complaint lodged after expiry of the statutory time limit is inadmissible. The ten-day period begins with service of the challenged decision and is computed according to the general rules on time limits; if the last day falls on a Sunday, the deadline extends to the next working day (consid. 1). Failure to comply with the deadline entails non-entry, with costs normally borne by the unsuccessful appellant under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG (consid. 2).

Nach Einsicht
in die am 19. Juni 2008 der Post übergebene, aber an das Kantonsgericht Graubünden adressierte Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts von Graubünden, Kantonsgerichtsausschuss, als Aufsichtsbehörde über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs, vom 19. Mai 2008,
in die Gerichtsurkunde (GU), wonach der angefochtene Entscheid der Beschwerdeführerin am 5. Juni 2008 zugestellt worden ist,
in Erwägung,
dass die zehntägige Beschwerdefrist (Art. 100 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG) infolge des Sonntages, 15. Juni 2008, am Montag, 16. Juni 2008, abgelaufen ist und somit die an das Kantonsgericht gerichtete Beschwerde gegen den vorgenannten Entscheid (Postaufgabe: 19. Juni 2008) verspätet ist,
dass auf die Beschwerde somit unter Kostenfolge für die Beschwerdeführerin nicht einzutreten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
erkennt das präsidierende Mitglied:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, Kantonsgerichtsausschuss, als Aufsichtsbehörde über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the appeal against the cantonal supervisory decision was filed within the statutory time limit
The ten-day appeal period expired on 16 June 2008; the appeal filed on 19 June 2008 was therefore late.
Because the deadline under Art. 100(2)(a) BGG ran from service on 5 June 2008 and, with Sunday 15 June 2008 intervening, expired on Monday 16 June 2008, the filing was out of time.
Allocation of court costs following non-entry
Court costs were imposed on the appellant.
Since the appeal was not entered into, the losing party bore the costs under Art. 66(1) BGG.
