In a divorce appeal before the Federal Supreme Court, the appellant withdrew the appeal after filing. The Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket, and ordered the appellant to pay a court fee of CHF 300. The respondent and the cantonal appellate court were notified of the order.
Art. 73 PCF in connection with Art. 71 LTF and Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of appeal and removal from the docket. When an appeal is withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the matter from the roll. Court costs are generally imposed on the withdrawing appellant pursuant to Art. 66(1) LTF.

par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:
