The Federal Supreme Court noted that the appellant withdrew its complaint by counsel’s letter of 26 June 2007. The president therefore discontinued the proceedings and ordered the case struck from the docket. The appellant was ordered to pay a reduced court fee of CHF 200. The order was communicated to the parties and to the cantonal appellate court.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 BZP and Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG; withdrawal of the complaint and allocation of costs. When a complaint is withdrawn, the president may strike the proceedings from the docket. Costs are generally borne by the withdrawing party; in withdrawn proceedings a reduced fee may be fixed under the applicable procedural rules.

Art. 73 BZP) und die (reduzierten) Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 200.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
