The appellant sought federal review of a cantonal civil decision in a property co-ownership partition dispute. The Federal Supreme Court noted that, despite two orders granting extra time, the required advance of costs was not paid within the deadline and no Swiss service address had been elected. If no Swiss domicile for service is elected within the fixed period, the decision may be deposited in the file for service purposes. The matter may be decided by a single judge under Art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.

l'ordonnance du 19 juin 2008 lui impartissant un délai supplémentaire de 10 jours pour fournir l'avance requise;
l'attestation de la caisse du Tribunal fédéral du 18 septembre 2008;
considérant:
que l'avance de frais n'a pas été versée en temps utile, de sorte que le recours doit être déclaré irrecevable (art. 62 al. 3 LTF), aux frais de son auteur (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
que, à défaut d'élection d'un domicile de notification en Suisse dans le délai fixé, l'exemplaire de l'arrêt destiné à la recourante est déposé au dossier;
que le présent arrêt relève de la compétence du juge unique (art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF);
par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux intimées et à la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève. L'exemplaire destiné à la recourante est déposé au dossier.
