par ces motifs, la Juge présidant ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux participants à la procédure et à la Cour d'appel civile du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Neuchâtel.
