par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

La requête d'assistance judiciaire de la recourante est sans objet.
3.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre de surveillance du Tribunal tutélaire.
