The appellants withdrew their appeal and constitutional complaint against a Graubünden cantonal court order in enforcement proceedings. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the case by order of the division president. The request for suspensive effect became moot. Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed jointly and severally on the appellants, and they were ordered to pay the respondents CHF 300 in party compensation for their response on the suspensive-effect request.

in Erwägung:
dass die Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 9. Februar 2012 zurückgezogen haben, die Beschwerden daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP), das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos wird, die Kosten den (solidarisch haftenden) Beschwerdeführern aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 5 BGG) und diese die Beschwerdegegner (für die Stellungnahme zum Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung) zu entschädigen haben (Art. 68 Abs. 2 und 4 BGG),
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG und der Verfassungsbeschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern unter Solidarhaft auferlegt.
3.
Die (solidarisch haftenden) Beschwerdeführer haben die Beschwerdegegner für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 300.-- zu entschädigen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the appeal and constitutional complaint should be discontinued after withdrawal
The proceedings were struck from the docket as terminated by withdrawal of the appeal and constitutional complaint.
Once the appellants withdrew their filing, the case had to be removed from the court list under the applicable procedural rules.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal
Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed jointly and severally on the appellants.
Because the appellants caused the proceedings to end by withdrawal, they had to bear the costs.
Compensation for respondents for the response to the stay request
The appellants had to pay the respondents CHF 300 in compensation.
The respondents were entitled to be compensated for their submission concerning the request for suspensive effect.
