The Federal Supreme Court held that the appellants could not file an ordinary civil appeal because the amount in dispute was below CHF 15,000 and no question of fundamental importance was shown. Their submission was treated as a subsidiary constitutional complaint, but it contained no substantiated constitutional grievances. The Court therefore did not enter into the complaint under the summary non-entry procedure. In view of the circumstances, it exceptionally waived court costs.

Such a remedy allows only the invocation of violations of constitutional rights; these must be specifically and substantiatedly pleaded with reference to the challenged reasoning. A completely unreasoned or merely asserted grievance justifies non-entry in summary procedure under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. Costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

In Erwägung,
dass das Regionalgericht Bern-Mittelland die Beschwerdeführer mit Entscheid vom 16. August 2011 dazu verurteilte, der Beschwerdegegnerin einen Betrag von Fr. 2'778.25 nebst Zins zu bezahlen;
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Bern mit Entscheid vom 11. November 2011 auf die von den Beschwerdeführern gegen den Entscheid des Regionalgerichts eingelegte Beschwerde nicht eintrat;
dass die Beschwerdeführer dem Bundesgericht eine vom 25. November 2011 datierte Eingabe einreichten, in der sie erklärten, den Entscheid des Obergerichts anfechten zu wollen;
dass das Bundesgericht von Amtes wegen prüft, ob ein Rechtsmittel zulässig ist (BGE 136 II 101 E. 1 S. 103, 470 E. 1 S. 472; 135 III 212 E. 1);
dass gegen die Verfügung des Kantonsgerichts eine Beschwerde in Zivilsachen im vorliegenden Fall nicht zulässig ist, weil der erforderliche Streitwert von Fr. 15'000.-- (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG) nicht erreicht wird und sich keine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung im Sinne von Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG stellt;
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführer unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne von Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;
dass mit einer subsidiären Verfassungsbeschwerde nur die Verletzung von verfassungsmässigen Rechten gerügt werden kann (Art. 116 BGG);
dass in der Beschwerdeschrift dargelegt werden muss, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG);
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführer keine auch nur im Ansatz substanziierte Verfassungsrüge enthält;
dass aus diesen Gründen auf die offensichtlich unzulässige Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass ausnahmsweise auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, 2. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
