A submission that merely asserts constitutional rights, or departs from the established facts without demonstrating the admissibility of such departure under Art. 118 Abs. 2 BGG, is manifestly insufficient and leads to non-entry. In such circumstances, court costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

In Erwägung,
dass das Bezirksgericht Moesa das Ausstandsbegehren der Beschwerdeführerin gegen den Bezirksgerichtspräsidenten mit Entscheid vom 11. März 2008 abwies;
dass das Kantonsgericht von Graubünden die von der Beschwerdeführerin gegen den Entscheid des Bezirksgerichts Moesa vom 11. März 2008 erhobene Beschwerde mit Beschluss vom 1. April 2008 abwies, soweit es darauf eintrat;
dass A.________, der einzelzeichnungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer der Beschwerdeführerin, mit Eingabe vom 2. Mai 2008 beim Bundesgericht erklärt hat, den Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts von Graubünden vom 1. April 2008 mit Beschwerde anzufechten;
dass in den Rechtsmitteln an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des kantonalen Entscheids dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Grundrechte oder kantonaler verfassungsmässiger Rechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn entsprechende Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht einen Sachverhalt unterbreitet, der vom vorinstanzlich verbindlich festgestellten abweicht, ohne rechtsgenüglich zu begründen, inwiefern dies nach Art. 118 Abs. 2 BGG zulässig sein soll;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin zwar den Anspruch auf ein unabhängiges und unparteiisches Gericht (Art. 30 Abs. 1 BV) erwähnt, jedoch mit keinem Wort auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids eingeht und nicht rechtsgenügend darlegt, inwiefern dieser Anspruch durch die Vorinstanz verletzt worden sein soll;
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin vom 2. Mai 2008 die erwähnten Begründungsanforderungen daher offensichtlich nicht erfüllt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG nicht eingetreten werden kann;
dass unter den gegebenen Umständen auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG), womit das Gesuch um Befreiung von diesen Kosten gegenstandslos wird;

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Bezirksgericht Moesa und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, Justizaufsichtskammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
