X.________ SA challenged the cantonal allocation of procedural costs before the Federal Supreme Court and asked for a stay pending a separate state-liability proceeding. The Court held that the submission failed to satisfy the mandatory reasoning requirements for a constitutional complaint and also expanded the facts contrary to the binding factual findings below. It therefore did not enter into the complaint under the simplified procedure. The request for suspension was rejected, and court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on the appellant. No party compensation was awarded.

Art. 42 Abs. 2, 106 Abs. 2, 105 Abs. 1 and 2, 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; admissibility and reasoning requirements of a constitutional complaint. A Federal Supreme Court submission must, by reference to the challenged reasoning, state specifically which constitutional rights were violated and in what respect. Mere assertion of one's own view or an unsubstantiated factual expansion is insufficient. The Court is bound by the facts established below and may depart from them only if manifest inaccuracy or another qualifying legal error is precisely alleged. If these requirements are not met, the complaint is inadmissible in simplified proceedings under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG (consid. 1).

Gegenstand

Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen das Urteil des
Obergerichts des Kantons Zug, II. Beschwerdeabteilung,
vom 9. Juni 2011.
Die Präsidentin hat in Erwägung,
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Zug am 9. Juni 2011 eine Beschwerde der Beschwerdeführerin gegen die Auflage der Verfahrenskosten im Beschluss des Kantonsgerichts Zug vom 10. März 2011 abwies;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin gegen den Entscheid des Obergerichts mit Eingabe vom 11. Juli 2011 beim Bundesgericht Beschwerde erhob, mit dem Antrag, die Kostenauflage aufzuheben;
dass in den Rechtsmitteln an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass das Bundesgericht seinem Entscheid den Sachverhalt zugrunde legt, den die Vorinstanz festgestellt hat (Art. 105 Abs. 1 BGG), und es davon nur abweichen kann, wenn eine Sachverhaltsfeststellung offensichtlich unrichtig, mithin willkürlich ist oder auf einer Rechtsverletzung im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG beruht (Art. 105 Abs. 2 BGG), was die beschwerdeführende Partei präzise geltend zu machen hat;
dass die Eingabe vom 11. Juli 2011 diesen Anforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, indem die Beschwerdeführerin keine rechtsgenügend begründeten Rügen gegen den angefochtenen Entscheid erhebt und bei der Darlegung ihres Standpunktes überdies den von der Vorinstanz verbindlich festgestellten Sachverhalt erweitert, ohne eine Ausnahme von der Sachverhaltsbindung im vorstehend umschriebenen Sinn geltend zu machen;
dass deshalb auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass dem Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin, das vorliegende Verfahren sei zu sistieren, bis über das laufende Staatshaftungsbegehren rechtskräftig entschieden sei, bei dieser Sachlage nicht zu entsprechen ist, zumal auch kein Grund für eine Sistierung erkennbar ist;
dass die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG);

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zug, II. Beschwerdeabteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Questione giuridica chiave

Whether the constitutional complaint met the Federal Supreme Court's reasoning requirements.

Decisione estratta

No. The complaint did not set out sufficiently reasoned constitutional or legal objections and impermissibly expanded the facts found by the cantonal court without showing an exception to factual binding.

Motivazione estratta

Under Art. 42(2) and Art. 106(2) BGG, the appellant must specifically explain which rights were violated. The Federal Supreme Court is bound by the facts found below under Art. 105(1) BGG and may deviate only if a factual finding is manifestly incorrect or based on a legal error under Art. 105(2) BGG; this was not shown.

Questione giuridica chiave

Whether the proceedings should be stayed pending the state-liability case.

Decisione estratta

No stay was ordered because no reason for suspension was apparent and, in any event, the case was already inadmissible.

Motivazione estratta

Given the procedural posture, there was no basis to suspend the matter until the state-liability claim was finally decided.

Questione giuridica chiave

Allocation of Federal Supreme Court costs.

Decisione estratta

Court costs were imposed on the appellant according to the outcome.

Motivazione estratta

Costs follow the losing party under Art. 66(1) BGG.
