In a constitutional complaint arising from a tenancy dispute, the Federal Supreme Court held that the complainant had not paid the ordered court cost advance even within the extended time limit. The Court therefore declined to enter into the complaint in summary proceedings. It also ordered the complainant to pay court costs of CHF 500. The decision was notified to the parties and to the Zurich High Court and Court of Cassation.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the court cost advance within the extended deadline entails non-entry into the complaint in summary proceedings. If the advance is not paid despite a grace period, the Federal Supreme Court may refuse to enter on the appeal without examining the merits. The unsuccessful complainant bears the court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG (consid. 1).

dass die Beschwerdeführerin den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der mit Verfügung vom 25. Mai 2011 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, und dem Kassationsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Under Art. 62 para. 3 BGG and the summary procedure of Art. 108 para. 1 lit. a BGG, failure to pay the requested advance justifies non-entry.

As the unsuccessful party in the non-entry decision, the complainant had to bear the costs under Art. 66 para. 1 BGG.
