The appellant sought federal review of a Geneva decision concerning a paritary professional contribution. Before the Federal Supreme Court ruled, the Chambre des relations collectives de travail of the canton of Geneva annulled its own decision of 16 November 2010. considérant:
que la décision attaquée ayant été annulée, le recours est ainsi devenu sans objet;
qu'il convient, partant, de rayer l'affaire du rôle;
qu'il n'y pas lieu de percevoir des frais judiciaires;
par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

Le recours est sans objet et la cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre des relations collectives de travail du canton de Genève.
