The appellant withdrew its civil appeal against the Aargau cantonal judgment in an eviction dispute. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case from the docket under summary procedure. It also ordered the appellant to pay the federal court fee of CHF 500 and to compensate the respondent with CHF 800 for the federal proceedings.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal and procedural discontinuance. Upon valid withdrawal of a civil appeal, the Federal Supreme Court removes the matter from the docket without examining the merits. The withdrawing appellant ordinarily bears the court costs and, where the respondent has incurred expenses, must pay party compensation pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 3 and Art. 68 Abs. 4 BGG (consid. 1).

Der Präsident hat in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin die Beschwerde in Zivilsachen gegen den Entscheid des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 23. Januar 2007 mit Schreiben vom 7. März 2007 zurückgezogen hat;
dass der Beschwerdegegner aufgefordert wurde, bis zum 5. März 2007 zum Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung Stellung zu nehmen;
dass er innert Frist eine Stellungnahme eingereicht hat mit dem Antrag, die aufschiebende Wirkung zu verweigern;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin kosten- und entschädigungspflichtig ist (Art. 66 Abs. 3, Art. 68 Abs. 4 BGG);
im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Die Beschwerdeführerin hat den Beschwerdegegner für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 800.-- zu entschädigen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 4. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
