The appellant withdrew her civil appeal and subsidiary constitutional complaint in a tenant eviction dispute. The Swiss Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings. It ordered court costs of CHF 300 against the appellant under Art. 66(3) BGG. Since no merits observations were taken and the request concerning suspensive effect was not granted, the respondent received no party compensation.

dass diese Beschwerden demnach im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben und die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG),
dass in der Sache keine Vernehmlassung eingeholt wurde und dem Antrag der Beschwerdegegnerin auf Abweisung des Gesuchs um aufschiebende Wirkung nicht entsprochen wurde, weshalb der Beschwerdegegnerin keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist,
verfügt die Instruktionsrichterin:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde in Zivilsachen und der subsidiären Verfassungsbeschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Es wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Bezirksgericht Leuk und Westlich-Raron schriftlich mitgeteilt.
