The appellant withdrew its appeal against the Zug Administrative Court judgment concerning entry of a capital reduction. The First Civil Law Division of the Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings off the docket. Costs of CHF 2,000 were charged to the appellant, and no party compensation was granted to the respondent. The order was notified to the parties, the cantonal administrative court, and the Federal Office of the Commercial Register.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG; withdrawal of an appeal and cost consequences. Upon withdrawal of the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the proceedings off the docket. The withdrawing appellant ordinarily bears the court costs. dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG);
dass das Handelsregisteramt des Kantons Zug keinen Anspruch auf eine Entschädigung hat (Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG);
verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 2'000.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Es wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zug, Verwaltungsrechtliche Kammer, und dem Eidg. Amt für das Handelsregister schriftlich mitgeteilt.
