Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire est rayée du rôle.

L'ordonnance du 14 novembre 2008 invitant l'intimée à déposer une réponse au recours jusqu'au 15 décembre 2008 est annulée.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.
