X.________ filed a civil appeal before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court against a Geneva lease-and-rent eviction judgment. Before the Court ruled on the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 11 June 2010. The President of the First Civil Law Court therefore ordered the case stricken from the docket under Art. 32(2) LTF and decided that no judicial costs would be charged.
