The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant’s challenge to an arbitral award because the filing did not satisfy the federal reasoning requirements. The appellant had attacked the Solothurn Higher Court’s decision refusing to hear his nullity complaint and legal-aid request, but he did not explain which rights had been violated or properly substantiate any constitutional grievances. Court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on him.
Art. 42 Abs. 2 and Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG; admissibility of a complaint to the Federal Supreme Court. A federal complaint must, by reference to the reasoning of the challenged decision, state in a substantiated manner which rights were violated; constitutional guarantees are examined only if expressly invoked and reasoned. A submission that merely announces an appeal without engaging with the lower court’s grounds does not satisfy the reasoning requirement and leads to non-entry under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. Costs are governed by Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG and are as a rule borne by the unsuccessful party.

In Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer mit Schiedsentscheid vom 18. August 2008 verpflichtete wurde, die nach einem Kapitalvorgang von Fr. 1'660'000.00 auf der Liegenschaft GB Zürich Nr. xxx lastenden Schuldbriefe (2 x 100'000.00 und 2 x 175'000.00) gemäss Vereinbarung vom 20.02.2008 Ziffer 5 und 6 zu erstellen und bei Notar C.________ zu hinterlegen;
dass der Beschwerdeführer diesen Entscheid am 12. Februar 2009 mit Nichtigkeitsbeschwerde anfocht und um Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege ersuchte;
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn mit Beschluss vom 12. Mai 2009 auf die Nichtigkeitsbeschwerde und das Gesuch um Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege nicht eintrat;
dass der Beschwerdeführer dem Bundesgericht eine vom 19. Juni 2009 datierte Eingabe einreichte, in der er erklärte, den Beschluss des Obergerichts vom 12. Mai 2009 anzufechten, und dessen Aufhebung beantragte;
dass in einer Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Verfassungsrechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn entsprechende Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers vom 19. Juni 2009 diese Begründungsanforderungen offensichtlich nicht erfüllt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde mangels hinreichender Begründung nicht einzutreten ist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG);
dass die Gerichtskosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
