Art. 62 al. 3 LTF, Art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF; failure to pay the ordered advance on costs within the fixed or extended deadline renders the appeal inadmissible without examination on the merits. Where the appeal is inadmissible, judicial costs are charged to the appellant pursuant to Art. 66 al. 1 and 3 LTF. The sanction follows automatically once the advance remains unpaid despite a supplementary deadline.

Vu le recours interjeté le 13 avril 2010 par X.________ contre l'arrêt de la Chambre des recours du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud du 10 décembre 2009 (notifié le 19 mars 2010) dans la cause précitée.
Vu l'ordonnance du 4 mai 2010 invitant le recourant à verser jusqu'au 19 mai 2010 une avance de frais de 500 fr. et l'ordonnance du 26 mai 2010 fixant en application de l'art. 62 al. 3 LTF un délai supplémentaire jusqu'au 11 juin 2010.
Que l'avance de frais requise n'a pas été effectuée dans les délais impartis.
Que le recours est dès lors irrecevable faute d'avance de frais (art. 62 al. 3 LTF).
Que les frais judiciaires sont à mettre à la charge du recourant
(art. 66 al 1 et 3 LTF).
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF, la Présidente prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la Chambre des recours du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
