The appellant challenged a cantonal eviction order concerning commercial premises. The Federal Supreme Court held that the appeal did not satisfy the statutory substantiation requirements because it failed to explain which rights were violated by the cantonal judgment and did not properly raise constitutional complaints. The court therefore did not enter into the appeal. It ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 500 and notified the parties and the cantonal appellate court.
Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; requirements for the reasoning of an appeal to the Federal Supreme Court. The appellant must, in light of the reasoning of the challenged decision, set out in a substantiated manner which rights were infringed. Constitutional rights are examined only if expressly invoked and duly reasoned; a merely appellatory or unsubstantiated submission is insufficient. If these requirements are manifestly not met, the court shall not enter into the appeal. Court costs are borne by the unsuccessful party (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

In Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin auf Klage des Beschwerdegegners vom Gerichtspräsidium Bremgarten mit Urteil vom 28. November 2008 verpflichtet wurde, die Gewerberäumlichkeiten 1. OG und 2. UG in der Liegenschaft B.________ innert 20 Tagen seit Rechtskraft des Urteils ordnungsgemäss zu räumen und zu verlassen und die zugehörigen Schlüssel auszuhändigen;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dieses Urteil beim Obergericht des Kantons Aargau anfocht, das ihre Beschwerde mit Urteil vom 13. Januar 2009 abwies;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht eine vom 24. Februar 2009 datierte, aber am 6. März 2009 der Post übergebene Eingabe einreichte, in der sie erklärte, das Urteil des Obergerichts vom 13. Januar 2009 mit Beschwerde anzufechten;
dass in einer Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Verfassungsrechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn entsprechende Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin diese Begründungsanforderungen offensichtlich nicht erfüllt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 4. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The submission did not sufficiently explain which rights were violated by the cantonal court, so the Federal Supreme Court would not examine it.
Under Art. 42(2) BGG and Art. 106(2) BGG, the appellant must address the reasons of the challenged decision and expressly raise and substantiate constitutional complaints; this was not done.
Allocation of court costs.
Court costs were imposed on the appellant.
As the appeal was not entered into, costs were charged to the losing party under the Federal Supreme Court Act.
