X.________, represented by Pierre Savoy, appealed a judgment of the Federal Administrative Court concerning private insurance and the requirement of irreproachable conduct. Before the Federal Supreme Court ruled, she withdrew the appeal by letter of 6 November 2013. The President of the Second Public Law Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket, and ordered that no court costs be charged.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF, art. 66 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal and allocation of costs. Where an appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the case from the docket. In such a situation, no court costs are levied absent grounds to order otherwise.

que, par courrier du 6 novembre 2013, elle a déclaré retirer son recours;
qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours (cf. art. 32 al. 2 LTF) et de rayer la cause du rôle sans frais (art. 66 al. 2 LTF);
La cause 2C_910/2013 est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais justice.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué au mandataire de la recourante, à l'Autorité fédérale de surveillance des marchés financiers et au Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour II.

Whether the appeal should be struck from the docket after withdrawal
The Court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket.
Once the appellant declared withdrawal of the appeal, the Court recorded the withdrawal under Art. 32(2) BGG and removed the case from the docket.
